Do I need to set up an account to place an order?


You do not require an account to place an order, however I will need your full contact details to purchase artwork.




Once I make a payment, how can I confirm receipt?


Once payment is made you will be emailed a confirmation receipt.




Are all the artworks framed?


Some works are framed – this will be noted in the description.




Are delivery & shipping charges included in the price of the artwork?


I offer international complimentary delivery for your work. Based on the country of origin and the final destination, some orders may be subject to customs and/or import fees. Customs fees are calculated based on import, brokerage, duties, and taxes, and are not included in the delivery fee quoted at checkout. They will be assessed once the artwork enters the destination country and must be paid by the order recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that any customs or import charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.




When will I receive my artwork?


Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, I offer no guarantee of availability when an order is placed. If there is an issue with your order, I will contact you on the day that the purchase has been made. Goods are normally dispatched within 3 days, and if I am unable to despatch your order within 7 days, I will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Shipping of an artwork will not take place until full payment has been made.

Coupon codes credited to the customer are applied at the discretion of MJR Gallery. The use of a coupon code is authorised by MJR Gallery for each order, and your order confirmation does not guarantee a successful purchase. Should a coupon code be redeemed on products that are not valid, the item will not be shipped and I reserve the right to cancel the order until the full purchase price has been paid. If you are unsure, please contact me for clarification on the full terms and conditions before you place your order, to determine whether the coupon code is viable for your artwork(s).
Pending the various restrictions in place to fight this global pandemic, I are aiming for artwork to be delivered in a matter of weeks after purchase. This may take longer depending on destination and restrictions on movement. Your work is being kept at the artist's studio or safely in storage during this time.




What is your return policy?


Excluding a selection of fragile sculptures, if you are not satisfied with your artwork, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of the date it was received. The return requires that the artwork is sent back to the artist in perfect condition within 30 days of receiving it; upon which you will receive a full refund. To process a return, please send an e-mail at rooneymrkj@gmail.com informing me why you would like to return your order. Please note that all returns are organised and paid for by the receiver. I'll process your refund once the artist has received the artwork and checked that it's in good condition.

Why consign on MJR Gallery?


MJR Gallery wants to make it seamless and worthwhile to consign and sell your art. I want you to receive the most competitive offers for your work.




What happens once I submit a work?


First, MJR Gallery will review your submission, and notify you if the work is suitable to promote. I will keep your name and contact information confidential. Next, I will provide estimates and consignment terms with you via MJR Gallery. You can review and respond to the consignment proposal via email. Finally, if you would like to move forward we will finalise consignment terms directly.




How quickly will I hear from MJR Gallery?


If your work is approved, expect to hear from me within 7 business days. Once approved, it typically takes 2-3 days to receive an offer in selling the work on your behalf. To learn about the status of your consignment submission, please email rooneymrkj@gmail or call +44 788 688 0599.




Are there any fees?


The artwork assessment that MJR Gallery provides is free of charge. Except where private terms apply, once you consign your work to MJR Gallery, you will only be charged a standard 25% commission rate on the sale as well as your own costs for shipping, insurance, and photography.




What types of artworks do you accept?


To determine if your work qualifies, I will assess if your work has sufficient resale market and demand. I require several images, unframed dimensions, as well as any additional documentation. Generally, I accept artworks valued at £130 or more.
